Claim / question under review

Evidence explainer: does free tuition mean every TAMCC programme is free for everyone?

What the evidence says

TAMCC’s admissions page lists free tuition for eligible Grenadian nationals in full-time programmes. It also lists exceptions: Cosmetology Service Technician and Accounting Technician receive an EC$810 deduction from their stated programme cost. Part-time courses carry separate fees.

The accurate description is an eligibility-based free-tuition policy, with programme exceptions. It is not a blanket promise that every programme, student, or education-related expense is free.

Tuition and the total cost of attending college are different. The cited page should not be used to promise that transport, equipment, or all other expenses are covered. Applicants should confirm their programme and eligibility with TAMCC.
